English:

Write  a biography Part 2

In this lesson, you will complete your writing of a biography on Harriet Tubman, who led hundreds of enslaved people to freedom along the route of the Underground Railroad. You will write your third paragraph of the main body and then your conclusion.

Click on the link and follow the video. Pause and complete tasks as required.

Spelling:

Spelling – words ending –ible.  Look, say, cover and write

Print the worksheet or carefully copy the words into your book.

Look at each word, say the word, cover the word and try to spell it.

Repeat until all the spellings are completed.

History:

Lesson objective: To investigate what life was like in an Anglo-Saxon village.

Begin by watching a video. It shows an Anglo-Saxon village that has been reconstructed as part of a museum.
