GDPR & Data Protection

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) forms part of the data protection regime in the UK, together with the new Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). The main provisions of this apply, like the GDPR, from 25 May 2018.

 

St Mary's regards the protection of personal data relating to children and parents/carers as a very important matter.

 

Below, in accordance with best practice, we have published our updated Privacy notice.  The Privacy notice outlines the pupil information that we collect, hold and share including the lawful basis about how we use this information.

Freedom of Information Requests

 

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) gives you the right to access recorded information held by St Mary's School.

Anyone can request information – there are no restrictions on your age, nationality or where you live.

The Model Publication Scheme below comes from the Information Commissioner’s Office, and has been adopted in its entirety by St Mary's CE Combined School as instructed by the guidance issued by the Information Commissioner.
