Subtract two 4-digit numbers (one exchange)

Once you have finished, you can check your answers and rework any you have wrong. If this lesson has taken you less than an hour - and you have checked and corrected your mistakes - then please do the extension tasks.

If you are finding the tasks difficult or if you are making lots of mistakes, please email your work to your teacher so that we can help you. Of course, you can share your work with your teacher at any time if you would like to.

English - Persuasive Writing

Lesson 8 - To edit and improve

You will need your writing and you will need to be able to see the editing stations and the success criteria. You do not need to print these.

Today, you are going to edit and improve your letter. Watch the lesson and pause when you are asked to. As you will be editing, it would be useful to have a red pen (or any other colour you may have, which is different to what you have written in) to make changes.

Please email your finished letter to your teacher.

What should I do with my letter? Your teacher will be putting a pack of letters together to send to Mr. Eustice from school, so you don't need to do this yourself. All you need to do is send your final copy of your letter to your teacher. Once you have done this, you may want to use your letter to apply for your Blue Peter Green Badge. These are awarded to children who have been inspired to do things to help our environment. If this is something you would like to do, discuss it with your parents. Friday Physical Challenge

It's that time of the week again! Thank you for your funny videos and pictures of your Friday Physical Challenge attempts. Lots of you told me that last week's was too easy and, to be fair, I have so far been ok with the physical challenges myself. So how about this one then? It might push me a bit far! See if you can manage it.
