Pupils Moving to Secondary School in September 2025

Moving to secondary school is a big step in a child's life and it is important that you, as parents/carers, are able to make an informed decision. 

Pupils in Year 6 in Buckinghamshire may take a secondary transfer test (11+) in order to decide whether they are suited to a Buckinghamsire grammar school.

In 2024, the secondary transfer test will take place on 12th September, with the practice test taking place on 10th September.

Results are released on 11th October.

You must apply for your child's school place before 31st October.

You will be offered your school place on 3rd March 2025.
