Club Allocations

• Clubs are allocated for one school term only—Autumn, Spring, and Summer. Waiting lists are cleared at the end of each term, and parents are required to reapply for clubs for the following term.
• Clubs are allocated with the aim of ensuring that as many children as possible are able to access at least one club per term. Priority is given to disadvantaged pupils and pupils who have not previously attended a club. Once those places have been allocated, any remaining spaces are then offered to pupils on the waiting list. This approach is intended to ensure fairness and equity across the year groups.
