KS2 Results for 2015-16
In May 2016 Year 6 pupils were tested for the first time on the new more challenging National Curriculum which was introduced in 2014. Results from these tests are no longer reported as levels: each pupil now receives their results as a scaled score.
Because of theses changes, figures for 2016 are not comparable to those in earlier years. The expectations for pupils at the end of Key Stage 2 have been raised significantly.
The expected standard in the tests is a scaled score of 100 and above. The threshold for the higher score is 110.
Writing is assessed by teacher assessment only.
